Phoenix, AZ - Walter A. Scott, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024. He was 77 years old. Walter was born on February 5, 1947 in Buckeye, Arizona. He graduated from Buckeye Union High School in 1965 and served in the US Navy. Walter worked for Arizona Public Service for a number of years and during this time, he enjoyed White Water Rafting and even guided several trips down the Colorado River. Later, he worked as a Contractor as an Instrument Technician for set-up, start-up, and repair, for industrial plants across the United States and overseas. Walter was predeceased by his parents, Noel and Dorothy Elms Scott. He is survived by his sisters, Sallie Scott of Peoria, Arizona and Nancy Scott Graham of Grand Bay, Alabama, and nephews Paul Zelez, Scott Zelez, Lee Graham and niece, Dorothy Graham Hoffman. As requested, there will be no service.
