Goodyear, AZ - Virginia came into God's glory on Sunday, May 25, 2025. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, niece, cousin, and a true friend to many.
Virginia was born on February 9, 1952, in Austin, Texas to her parents Antonio and Porfiria Garcia.
She was very active in her community as an immigrant and migrant paralegal. She helped thousands of people apply for citizenship; to help them become stable in their community and mostly to help their children stay in one place, one school. Virginia was creative and had several hobbies from being a doll maker, a tailor, interpreter, gardener, and an artist, to name a few.
Virginia is survived by her husband, Lorenzo, sons, Lorenzo, lll (Suzi) and Gabriel (Bonnie), grandchildren, Lily, Gabriel Joaquin, and Mark, sisters Lucy (Edward), Gloria, Grace (Jerry), Irene (Luis), brothers, Marcos (Olga), Tony, Herman (Loretta) and many loving members of the extended family and friends.
Services will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 800 West Loma Linda Blvd, Goodyear.
