Litchfield Park, AZ - Robert Milton Moseley of Litchfield Park, Arizona was born in Avondale, Arizona August 25, 1940 and passed away peacefully at his home January 22 2026, he was 85 years old.

He was a loving brother, father, grandfather, and uncle and gave generously of his time and love to all.

Robert is survived by his sons Shawn and Paul and daughters Shelley and Shara. 5 Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild.


He was preceded in death by His Father Thomas Moseley, his Mother Hattie Edna Moseley, and all of his brothers and sisters.


Robert grew up in Tolleson and attended Tolleson High School and graduated in 1958. He married Sherry Torbett (divorced). He became a cropduster and formed Moseley Aviation with his brothers. He also planted the rice by plane in Northern California for many years. He formed Freeway Avag, another cropdusting company operating on 115th Avenue.

In addition to planes, he flew helicopters and restored a Kayman with his brothers. The family was prolific in enterprising, and began an oil drilling business in Texas, a logging business in New Hampshire, and a life rescue helicopter business in Show Low--and Robert was active in each of them. Although often hard at work, he did enjoy vacations with family, traveling, and hunting. He also participated in a few missionary trips to Mexico with Pastor Jerry Amalong.

A funeral service will be at Thompson's Funeral Home February 27 at 11:00 a.m. and a Celebration of Life following at 1:00-3:00pm at St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 400 S. Old Litchfield Rd, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340.
