San Clemente - Margaret Victoria (Gallimore) Brough, 86, of San Clemente, CA, died from Alzheimer's Disease on September 11, 2024, with family by her side. Born to John and Helen (Rocke) Gallimore, on March 5, 1938, in Sunnyside, Queens County NYC, Margaret was the oldest of three daughters.

She attended the University of Maryland, then worked as a flight attendant for United Airlines. In 1962, Margaret married William M. Brough, and spent many years raising her loving family. After two decades, Margaret retired from her role as Administrative Secretary at Agua Fria Union High School in 2000.

Margaret loved travel, teaching & studying world languages, thrift stores, her church, large dogs, helping anyone in need, and chocolate ice cream.

Margaret is survived by her sisters, Susan Napolitano (Sam) & Betsy Sillman (Max), her children William J. Brough, Nicole Blaes (Brad), Mathew Brough, and Stephanie Brown (Dan), as well as her treasured grandchildren Lauren (Oliver), Eric, Liam, Ezra, and Mellonie, and her great-grandson Malachi. A

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on November 25, 2024, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W. Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ.

Margaret's legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
