Buckeye, AZ - Kathleen Marie Tyree, 82, of Buckeye, AZ, passed away on November 22, 2025. She was born on August 6, 1943 in Ajo, AZ to William "Bud" and Elma Roberts and was the second of four children. She spent her childhood in Palo Verde, AZ and was a graduate of Buckeye Union High School. She met her husband, Don Tyree, while in high school. They married November 4, 1960 and had four children.

Kathleen worked for APS at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station for 23 years, retiring at 62. She enjoyed bowling, camping, reading, and word puzzles, and she was an avid fan of all Arizona sports teams. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, and she will always be remembered for her great sense of humor.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Elma and her sister, Lisa Roberts. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Don; brother, Tom Roberts; children, Kerry (Randy) Randall, Brian Tyree, Brenda (Rick) Fotter, and Kimberly (Clark) Webb; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
