It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, and grandmother, who left us peacefully in Forster, New South Wales, on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 (Thursday, March 20 AUS time), after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Cherished wife to Colin (Col), previous wife to our Dad (Gordon), devoted Mum to Lorraine and Nik, and adoring Nan to Chloe, Ethan and Chris. Her boundless love, unwavering support, and radiant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Known affectionately as the "fastest shopper in the west," you'd blink, and she'd magically appear with a cart full of groceries. She had an impeccable sense of style, a love for beautiful clothes, countless shoes, handbags, and dazzling jewelry that reflected her vibrant personality. A cappuccino enthusiast and a connoisseur of Chinese food, she found joy in life's simple pleasures.

Mum lived a life that many only dream of, traveling the world, experiencing breathtaking adventures, and checking off items from the grandest of bucket lists. Despite her own battles, she always wore a brave face, concerned more about her "thinning hair" and having her makeup just right than the challenges she faced.

She was the heart of our family, she was my safe harbor and confidante, always holding space for me and her beloved grandchildren, offering comfort, wisdom, and unconditional love. I still hear her voice softly saying, "Hi Lorraine," even as it grew faint until she could no longer speak. Yet her love remains, etched into our hearts forever.

Though words cannot express how deeply she'll be missed, we find solace knowing she is no longer in pain. Her strength, grace, and warmth will forever be our guiding light.

Rest peacefully, Mum. We love you beyond measure.
