Avondale, AZ - Elizabeth B. Eddings, 76, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025. Elizabeth was born on September 5, 1948, in Los Acuna, Mexico to Francisco and Maria Barrios.

Elizabeth married the love of her life, David Eddings, on October 25, 1974. David served in the United States Air Force, providing them the opportunity to travel to various bases. They were stationed in Germany twice, which allowed them to enjoy one of their favorite activities, volksmarching. Elizabeth worked for Luke Air Force Base for over 20 years before she retired. She loved her job and had many wonderful friends and co-workers.

Elizabeth was very talented and enjoyed creating & selling her crafts. She loved giving homemade gifts to her family and friends. Elizabeth also enjoyed going to the casino and spending her time playing the slots.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, David; her sister, Irma Rodriguez; a brother; father-in-law, Russ; brother-in-law & wife, Don & Debi; sister-in-law & husband, Sandi & Greg; brother-in-law & wife, Doug and Margaret; nephews, Joshua, Daniel, Aaron, & Christopher; nieces, Mia and Myia Lou.

At her request, Elizabeth was cremated; services were provided by Avenidas Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held for Elizabeth on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Mountain View Community Center, 1007 S. 3rd Street, Avondale, AZ 85323.
