Tolleson, AZ - Tolleson, AZ - Dora Abril Cabrales passed away peacefully on September 12, 2023 in her home in Tolleson, AZ. Dora was born on December 20, 1939 to Pio and Margaret Abril in Glendale, AZ. In 1956, Dora was crowned Fiesta queen at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Tolleson, AZ. She earned an associate's degree from Phoenix College and retired after working over 40 years for Mountain Bell and AT&T. Dora spent her life deeply committed to her two sons, Terrell Cabrales Jr. and Guillermo Pio Cabrales. She is also survived by her sister Bertha Abril Martinez. She is greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 2000 N. Litchfield Road in Goodyear.
