Klamath Falls, OR - David, who was a traveling Hippie at heart, will be sorely missed by his wife Rita and his many sibling; Linda Samuelson, GA, Alex Rucker, AZ, Mary Rucker, AZ, James Rucker (Kelly) AZ, John Rucker, SC, Carol Hunold (James), GA, Charles Smith (Debbie), AZ, Jamie Kerr, AZ. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Thomas Kerr. His ashes will be interned Monday, August, 11, 2025, in Hazelton Cemetery located in his hometown of Buckeye Arizona.

Born and raised in Arizona, David loved to travel and had the opportunity to visit Fiji and live several years in Hawaii where he enjoyed camping, hiking, and diving for tropical fish. During his later years, he decided to be a wondering soul and started a nomadic lifestyle with his cat Mignon and met his wife Rita. Together they had many adventures traveling the highways, meeting new people, and enjoying the beautiful Sunsets of Arizona. David often played his handmade dulcimer and crowds would gather around the campfire to enjoy his brand of musical flair. Yes, our beloved Hippie husband and brother will be sorely missed.
